A big part of that growth means getting existing customers to buy more of our products, not just landing new customers. That's the job.As the Senior Demand Generation Manager on the Growth Marketing team, you'll own the campaigns that get current customers interested in more of what Rippling offers. You'll build email sequences, ads, webinars, and direct mail campaigns that keep customers engaged and move them toward buying additional products.This is a highly cross-functional role. You’ll work closely with growth, product marketing, brand, content and sales to build, test, and scale programs that impact MQLs, pipeline, and revenue.Rippling’s marketing engine has always been a growth lever - Kleiner Perkins partner Mamoon Hamid calls Rippling “the 1% of the 1%” - and expanding our cross-sell motion is central to unlocking our next phase of scale.What you will doOwn & execute demand generation campaigns from concept to analysis, including copywriting, audience targeting, content creation, sales enablement, and performance tracking.Write email nurture drips, run in-app and paid advertising to educate customers around webinars, gated content, products and thematic topics. Work with your demand gen counterpart for in-app targeting and email nurture to convert leads into pipeline.Collaborate cross-functionally with other teams, including sales, growth, marketing operations, analytics, product marketing, content marketing and brand marketing to execute your campaigns. Analyze performance across touchpoints and identify areas to optimize. Shift resources to what’s working, test new ideas quickly, and scale what moves the needle.Serve as the connective tissue across marketing, product-led growth, and sales—ensuring messaging, timing, and experience are aligned across the customer lifecycle.What you will need6+ years of experience in lifecycle, growth, or demand marketing roles at high-growth B2B SaaS companies.Comfort using: Iterable, SFDC, Snowflake, Outreach or similar toolingProven track record of using demand generation marketing to improve activation, retention, and customer LTV. Customer obsession that you translate into punchy, specific copy.Deep expertise in marketing automation, journey building, A/B testing, and customer segmentation.Knowledge of when to use AI vs what needs a human touch Clear, concise communicator with the ability to work across teams and influence stakeholders at all levels. Bonus points for previous close collaboration with sales teams.Analytical mindset—you can parse complex data, spot opportunities, and act on them quickly. Data-driven decision-making—experience analyzing datasets in Excel or SQL to draw insights and measure impact.Strong project management abilities—balancing multiple initiatives while collaborating across teams like growth, sales, marketing ops, and brand.Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment—you're energized by experimentation and rapid iteration.PLG or B2C lifecycle demand-gen/growth experience using usage signal to drive pipeline is a plus.Additional InformationRippling is an equal opportunity employer.
