IT Technician

Salary: $41,600 - 47,840 per year Requirements:

• Proven background in IT support, with strong working knowledge of operating systems including macOS
• Experience using help desk or ticketing platforms such as Jira or comparable tools
• Good grasp of networking fundamentals, including LAN, TCP/IP, DNS, VPNs, firewalls, and TCP protocols
• Ability to diagnose and resolve hardware issues involving computers and peripherals
• Experience troubleshooting software across different applications and operating environments
• Strong communication skills with a customer-oriented approach to technical support
• Solid analytical ability to identify and solve complex technical issues accurately and efficiently
• Capability to support mobile devices and maintain smooth integration within the IT environment

• Deliver technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network-related issues across the organization
• Manage help desk queues and customer support tickets to resolve user requests in a timely manner
• Support desktop environments, including macOS
• Investigate and fix problems with computers, mobile devices, printers, and other peripherals
• Assist with network troubleshooting across LAN, VPN, DNS, TCP/IP, firewalls, and TCP configurations
• Administer Active Directory accounts, permissions, and group policies to maintain secure access controls
• Help maintain IT infrastructure components such as routers, switches, firewalls, and computer hardware
