Float Nurse Tech — Cross‑Unit Care & Night Shift Pay

Spectrum Health

Spectrum Health's Pennock Hospital in Hastings is seeking a Nurse Technician for a Float position to cross-train across Med Surg, ICU, Emergency Departments, and OB, broadening skills in multiple units. You will work under RN supervision performing vitals, basic patient care, and safety tasks, with a 36-hour weekly schedule on night shifts.
