Pay Rate: $15.50/hr

Hours: Monday-Friday, 8am-4:30pm ( During peak season, the required hours will be Monday-Friday, 8am-6:30pm. Please ensure you can work those hours before applying).

Essential Functions

• Utilize an RF device to accurately pick and prepare orders for packing and shipping.
• Efficiently manage tasks such as signing into devices, finding batch numbers, and ensuring correct product and quantity.
• Maintain organization of the work area, ensuring a clean and hazard-free environment.
• Conduct Quality Control checks and manage inventory supplies as needed.
• Reliable attendance is critical, as this role cannot be performed remotely.

Minimum Qualifications

• Education : High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience : 1 year of warehouse order picking required.
• Skills : Effective interpersonal, communication, and teamwork abilities.

Essential Skills, Abilities & Knowledge

• Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
• Familiarity with using computer (RF) devices and willingness to learn new technologies.
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions.
• Professional and positive attitude with a commitment to personal and company growth.

Physical Demands

• Role primarily in a warehouse environment, involving lifting (up to 50 Lbs), standing (90% of time), and occasional forklift operation (10% of time).
• Visual and auditory acuity for equipment operation and team communication.
