About the Role
The Company is in search of a VP of Retail Strategy with a strong commercial acumen to spearhead the growth, shelf velocity, and profitability across key retail accounts. The successful candidate will be responsible for nurturing strategic relationships, leading account and commercial planning, and identifying opportunities to enhance distribution and assortment productivity. This role demands a professional who can seamlessly integrate creative brand storytelling with commercial execution, translating digital awareness into in-store experiences, and fostering long-term partnerships with leading beauty retailers. The VP will also be tasked with developing and executing a comprehensive retail growth strategy, establishing performance targets, and using retail data to optimize investment decisions.
