In this role, you'll be the behind-the-scenes hero keeping payments smooth, accurate, and on time.
What You'll Be Rocking Every Day
- Process vendor invoices with accuracy and efficiency
- Match invoices to POs and receipts like a pro
- Prep and process weekly check runs and ACH payments
- Reconcile statements and resolve discrepancies (you love a good mystery)
- Partner with vendors and internal teams to answer questions and keep things moving
- Maintain clean, organized AP recordsbecause details matter
