Job Details Level: Experienced Job Location: BHF 0020 - Gainesville, FL 32601 Position Type: Full Time Education Level: High School Job Category: Retail A General Manager In Training is promoted or brought into the organization with the intent of being trained and prepared for a future management role within the company. This role differs from the MIT role as this individual is expected to obtain the proficiency to run a store location within 120-180 days.
