Opportunity Highlights Join a collaborative and established pediatric team within University Hospitals Provide comprehensive outpatient and/or inpatient pediatric care (based on practice needs) Opportunity to teach and mentor medical students and residents Academic appointment through Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine Access to the resources, innovation, and support of a leading academic health system Competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits package Supportive leadership and a strong commitment to physician well-being Position Responsibilities The Pediatrician will: Evaluate, diagnose, and treat infants, children, and adolescents Provide preventive care and manage acute and chronic pediatric conditions Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Prescribe medications and therapies as appropriate Coordinate care with specialists and other healthcare professionals Promote health education, wellness, and disease prevention initiatives Document patient care in accordance with organizational and regulatory standards Participate in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives Teach and supervise medical students and residents, as applicable Maintain faculty status in good standing with the Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine (when applicable) Adhere to University Hospitals policies, procedures, and physician standards of practice Qualifications MD or DO from an accredited medical school Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics Eligible for medical licensure in the State of Ohio Strong commitment to patient-centered care and clinical excellence Excellent communication and collaboration skills Why Northeast Ohio?
