Loan Operations Analyst

In this role, you will manage various documentation processes, including handling incoming and outgoing correspondence such as mail and faxes. You will support both client service teams and operations personnel by verifying the accuracy of client documents, recording account activities, and ensuring the submission of correct forms for processing. Communication with clients will be a key part of your duties, requiring both written and verbal interactions to address documentation needs. Skills Required Educational background in finance or a related field. Strong analytical skills and logical reasoning. Exceptional organizational skills and keen attention to detail. Proficiency in customer service. Experience in loan processing is beneficial, with servicing experience as an added advantage. Advanced Excel skills and the ability to maintain high accuracy. Capability to prioritize and manage tasks effectively under pressure, with the initiative to seek guidance when necessary. Proficient in MS Word and database management. Solid understanding of the financial services sector. Ability to quickly learn and juggle multiple detailed tasks simultaneously. Flexibility in task assignments and strong problem-solving skills.
