Tools provided – Company vehicle, uniforms, specialty tools, mobile phone and industry‑leading app. Responsibilities Drive to multiple customers’ homes daily to diagnose and repair appliances such as refrigerators, washers, dryers, dishwashers, and microwaves with high quality and efficiency. Deliver an excellent customer experience that exceeds expectations. Provide value‑added solutions to make homes cleaner, more comfortable and protected. Keep the company truck well‑maintained, organized, and manage parts efficiently. Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements High school diploma or general education degree. EPA Type I or EPA Universal certification. Mechanical knowledge and aptitude, including use of testing and repair tools. Preferred experience repairing and diagnosing a variety of home appliances. Ability to follow directions and processes for quality workmanship. Ability to use a smartphone for part ordering. Successfully pass a background and drug screen. Valid driver’s license for the state(s) in which you work. Ability to travel up to 100%. Ability to work variable and flexible hours, including required overtime. Ability to read, understand, and apply written technical text. Excellent verbal and written communication; fluent in English. Physical requirements: lift, carry, push, pull up to 20 lbs (often 50 lbs, occasionally 100 lbs), reach, bend, squat, kneel, twist, turn, stoop, climb, crawl, reach above shoulder, drive an automatic transmission vehicle.
