Booz Allen is seating a GEOINT Support to Targeting Analyst who can transform multi-source data into operationally relevant intelligence that supports critical national security objectives. In this role, you’ll apply advanced GEOINT tradecraft, perform time-sensitive exploitation, and develop high-impact targeting products that shape planning, operations, and decision-making. Join a mission-driven team where your GEOINT expertise directly strengthens U.S. defense and intelligence capabilities.What You'll Work On:Conduct target development in accordance with Joint Publications (JP) and CJCSI standards.Perform Target System Analysis (TSA) to identify critical vulnerabilities and operational centers of gravity.Build and maintain Electronic Target Folders (ETFs) and GEOINT targeting products.Manage target lists and coordinate target nominations with the Intelligence Community (IC) and DoW partners.Provide time-sensitive GEOINT exploitation and indications and warnings (I&W) in support of dynamic operations.Integrate GEOINT targeting into planning processes, including the Joint Planning Process (JPP) and MDMP.Identify intelligence gaps and recommend GEOINT collection strategies.Support GEOINT support to targeting workflows and coordinate with collection managers.Prepare and brief GEOINT assessments, graphics, and reports for senior leaders.Join us. The world can’t wait.You Have: 3+ years of experience in GEOINT, imagery analysis, and targetingExperience with GEOINT exploitation tools such as RemoteView, SOCET Geospatial Exploitation Product (GXP), or ArcGISExperience briefing senior audiencesKnowledge of GEOINT tradecraft, the Joint Targeting Cycle, and military planning processesAbility to operate effectively under high operational tempo and time-sensitive conditionsTS/SCI clearanceHS diploma or GEDNice If You Have: Experience with analytic tradecraft IAW ICD 203 and 206 analytic integrity standardsExperience supporting time-dominant or first phase GEOINT operationsKnowledge of Activity-Based Intelligence (ABI) methodologiesKnowledge of GEOINT Tasking, Collection, Processing, Exploitation, and Dissemination (TCPED), the Geospatial Intelligence Management System (GIMS), National System for GEOINT (NSG) tools, and IC collection management processesPossession of excellent written and verbal communication skillsBachelor’s degree in Geospatial Science, Geography, or Remote SensingGEOINT Professional Certification (GPC) Level IIClearance:Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,600.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
