What You'll Do You'll be the primary point of contact for customers bringing their vehicles in for service. Your role combines excellent customer service with consultative sales—listening to customer concerns, performing multi-point inspections, identifying service needs, and presenting recommendations in a way that builds trust and drives revenue. You'll manage the entire service process from write-up through completion, ensuring customer satisfaction while maximizing shop productivity and sales. Requirements Previous automotive service writing or advisor experience preferred Demonstrated sales success in any industry Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Basic automotive knowledge or willingness to learn quickly Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure Professional appearance and demeanor Compensation This is a pay-for-performance position with uncapped earning potential. Compensation includes base pay plus commissions on labor sales, parts sales, and service contract sales. Top performers in our shop earn $65,000-$85,000+ annually.
