Job Description:

The Customer Care Advocate assists customers via phone and digital channels, helping resolve insurance and benefits-related questions with empathy, accuracy, and professionalism.

This role involves handling policy, coverage, billing, and service inquiries, documenting interactions, using AI-assisted tools, and ensuring compliance with privacy and regulatory requirements.

1+ year of customer service experience in a customer-facing role

Experience resolving customer issues using multiple systems (CRM, knowledge bases, etc.)

Strong computer and communication skills in a professional environment

Preferred Background

Experience in insurance, healthcare, financial services, or other regulated industries

Familiarity with AI-powered customer service tools

Experience handling escalations and sensitive customer situations
