Program Manager

Job TitleLead end-to-end program management of a cross-functional app development initiative.Job Description• Serve as the primary point of contact for client management, ensuring their expectations are met and relationships are well maintained.• Oversee financial management of the program including budgeting, forecasting, and expense tracking.• Work closely with technical teams, understanding project requirements, timelines, and limitations, even without being a developer yourself.• Coordinate between multiple teams to ensure timely delivery of key milestones.• Proactively identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.• Communicate program updates to stakeholders at all levels with clarity and confidence.Required Skills & Qualifications• Proven experience in program or project management, preferably in a tech or app development environment.• Strong client relationship management experience.• Demonstrated budget ownership and financial tracking skills.• Good working knowledge of technology and app development processes — no coding required.• Excellent communication skills — both written and verbal.• Strong organizational skills and ability to juggle multiple priorities.Nice to Have• Experience working with Agile or Scrum teams.• Prior experience in a startup or fast-paced environment.• Familiarity with common project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Asana, Trello, MS Project).
