ABOUT OUR AGENCY I've been a State Farm Agent since April 1, 2001, after starting my career as a financial analyst with an insurance company. My background in finance helped shape my approach to helping people understand their options and make informed decisions about protecting what matters most. I attended the University of Nebraska at Omaha, and today, my agency is built around educating customers, protecting their assets, and identifying gaps so they can feel confident about their financial future.

With a team of four, we've created a supportive environment where we lift each other up, continue learning, and encourage one another to grow. We believe in lifelong development and making a difference both inside and outside the office. We also enjoy team outings and volunteering in our community.

ROLE DESCRIPTION: As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Tracy Hough - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide information about insurance products and services.
• Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Experience in customer service or sales preferred.

Compensation: $56,000.00 per year
