Hiring: Body Shop Receptionist

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour (DOE)

Schedule: Monday - Friday 8am - 6pm, closed Saturdays and Sundays. We ask that you have open availability to support dealership operations and customer demand. You will need to be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

What You'll Do

• Answer incoming phone calls and provide excellent customer service.
• Open, update, and close repair orders.
• Process customer payments and handle daily deposits.
• Obtain customer contact information and provide repair status updates.
• Maintain accurate records in CCC One, ARMS, and Body Shop Management Software.
• Track customer satisfaction surveys, event logs, and delivery date commitments.
• Review open repair orders daily with estimators and update production status.
• Coordinate with insurance companies and schedule estimate appointments.
• Ensure repair order documentation is complete and comply with company guidelines.
• Collaborate with management, estimators, and support teams to improve operations and enhance the customer experience.
