Job Title: Assembler-2nd Shift 
Location: Laconia, NH
Job Type: Full-Time, Direct Hire
Pay Rate: $20-$25 an hour depending on shift and experience

Position Summary:
Adecco Staffing is working with a local manufacturing company in Laconia, NH who is looking for  Assemblers for 2nd shift . This is a direct hire opportunity offering competitive pay, long-term stability, and career growth in a clean and safety-focused work environment. Key Responsibilities:

• Perform various assembly, cutting heating and related duties to prepare and apply lining material to fabricated parts.
• Read, reference, and interpret written and verbal instructions to assemble bearing products as directed, adhering to quality standards.
• Maintain established production levels through safe and efficient operations.
• Inspect & identify any irregularities as to fits, defective parts, finishes, work techniques and/or quality of workmanship, and report them to assigned leader.
• Diagnose and correct operating difficulties, and maintain required records.
• Keep work area clean and orderly, observing all safety rules and regulations, and conforming to OSHA regulations.
• Move materials, parts, and containers as required, to complete job duties.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment preferred

Physical Requirements:

• Must wear clean room uniform
• Ability to sit or stand for extended periods
• Dexterity in hands
• May require standing, walking, bending, reaching, grabbing, twisting, carrying, pushing, and pulling
• Ability to lift up to 40lbs.

Pay Details: $20.00 to $25.00 per hour
