Senior Accountant

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Senior Accountant to support financial reporting, project accounting, and audit processes within a growing commercial real estate environment. Senior Accountant Responsibilities: Prepare quarterly financial statements and Book-to-GAAP reporting Support audit processes (interim & year-end)s Manage loan and equity schedules, including cash flow and distribution tracking Oversee lot and commercial sales accounting, including closing documentation and inventory tracking Handle A/R and A/P processing, ensuring accuracy, proper coding, and timely execution Prepare monthly loan draws and supporting documentation Maintain and reconcile MUD reimbursement schedules and general ledger activity Track and manage property tax schedules, including annual and rollback taxes Assist with month-end close and ad hoc projects for leadership Requirements: 5+ years of GAAP accounting experience (public accounting a plus) Experience in commercial real estate property management and or development and job costing preferred Strong understanding of financial reporting, forecasting, and reconciliations Advanced Excel skills and experience with accounting systems (Timberline preferred) Self-starter with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities Education: Bachelor?s degree in Accounting or Finance (MBA a plus) HOUWD51 #J-18808-Ljbffr
