Pay: $18–$25 per hour, based on experience
Shifts Available:
- 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
- 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 2:00 AM
Job Summary
We are seeking experienced and dependable Industrial Welders to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on welding experience and be comfortable working 8–10 hour shifts in an industrial environment.
Responsibilities
- Perform industrial welding according to specifications and quality standards
- Use .045 flux-core/MIG welding equipment
- Perform stick welding
- Read and follow welding instructions, drawings, and specifications
- Inspect welds for quality and accuracy
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Follow all company safety procedures and PPE requirements
- Meet production and quality expectations
Requirements
- Previous industrial welding experience required
- Experience with .045 flux-core/MIG welding
- Stick welding experience
- Ability to work 8–10 hour shifts
- Dependable and punctual
- Strong safety awareness and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must be willing to work the assigned shif t
