In this dynamic role, you’ll be the face of a powerhouse brand—engaging with homeowners, sparking meaningful conversations, and generating high-quality leads by canvassing local neighborhoods. You’ll help customers envision how Renewal by Andersen’s industry-leading windows and doors can elevate their homes.

Uncapped commissions + hourly base

Set hourly rate $22

Most team members average $27- $32 an hour

Top Performers average $37 - $42 per hour

Top performers exceed $100,000 a year!

Once you master the fundamentals, you’ll be eligible to advance into a Direct Marketing Specialist role with even more earning potential and schedule flexibility.

2nd Round In Person Interview with Hiring Team

32.5 - 36 hours weekly
