What You’ll Do (Your Role): As a key player in our Folding/Gluing department, you will take ownership of your machine and drive the performance of your line:

• Command the Line: Masterfully set up, monitor, and adjust gluing machinery to maintain peak efficiency.

• Lead & Coordinate: Direct your gluer feeder and delegate assignments to ensure seamless, efficient job setups.

• Maintain Excellence: Support line switchovers by ensuring machinery is completely cleared of previous jobs and ready for the next run.

• Champion Quality: Apply your keen eye for detail to ensure every product meets our rigorous standards, keeping a sharp focus on continuous improvement.

What You Bring (Your Profile): We are looking for a seasoned operator who hits the ground running:

• The Experience: 2–3 years of proven experience operating BOBST Domino and Media, 6X, Vega, or International Royal machinery within a packaging manufacturing environment.

• The Technical Edge: Hands-on experience with the Leary Gluing system.

• The Mindset: mechanical aptitude, solid basic math skills, and a high school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Your Role
You have experience with setting up, monitoring the machines, and making adjustments as needed.
You will support in cleaning machines of cartons from previous jobs.
You are ambitious to give the gluer feeder assignments to assist in the job setup.
You have a sense for quality and continious improvement.

Your Profile
You have a High School Diploma or equivalent.
You have already gained 2-3 years working as an Operator in BOBST Domino and Media, 6X, Vega,
International Royal.
You have experience with the Leary Gluing system in a packaging manufacturing environment.
You possess a mechanical aptitude.
You have the ability to solve basic math problems

The essential functions of this role include:

• wearing steel toe shoes
• manual lifting up to 50lbs
• standing for 8 hours at one time
