Real Estate Closing Coordinator

Eastern Staffing & Recruiting is hiring a Real Estate Closing Coordinator for our client in the Mt. Pleasant, SC area. This full-time position is responsible for preparing and reviewing legal documents necessary to conduct real estate closings under the supervision of the managing attorney. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced legal environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare final closing statements for real estate transactions.
• Review and verify legal documents related to real estate closings.
• Prepare documents necessary to complete transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Notarize documents and ensure all forms meet legal requirements.
• Calculate adjustments and communicate information to all parties involved in the sale.
• Maintain organized and accurate transaction files.
• Communicate professionally with clients, attorneys, lenders, and other parties involved in transactions.
• Assist with additional administrative and legal duties as assigned.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of real estate closing experience required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a high-pressure environment.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Service-oriented mindset with excellent active listening skills.
• SoftPro experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
