CDL A Truck Driver Trainee - Paid Training

$1,600 per week

Job Description

Just obtained your CDL Class A? 10-4 Logistics will reimburse your tuition while you complete paid, over-the-road (OTR) finish training. We welcome recent CDL Class A graduates to join our regional fleet based in Wilmington, NC, operating throughout the Eastern U.S. (east of I-95). Our program pairs you with a professional mentor and provides aggressive tuition reimbursement to help reduce your school debt.

Tuition reimbursement: Earn a guaranteed $1,600+ per week while gaining real-world OTR experience with a professional mentor.
Respectful employment model: You will be a W-2 employee with clear expectations and support; your safety and professional development are priorities.

What you will learn

Advanced backing and tight-quarters maneuvering common to East Coast urban areas and port terminals.
Electronic Logging Device (ELD) operation and Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) Hours of Service (HOS) compliance.
Safe and efficient operation of late-model diesel equipment (2024–2026).

Requirements

Valid Class A CDL obtained from an accredited driving school (minimum 120 hours).
Clean driving record.
Commitment to safety and DOT compliance.
