Safety & Compliance Coordinator

Be the organizational hub that keeps people, projects, and compliance moving forward. A well-established equipment contractor is seeking a Safety & Compliance Coordinator to serve as the organizational hub for safety, compliance, fleet, and training initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats, supporting both the office and the field, and helping strengthen a culture of safety and accountability. Approximately 80% of this role is office-based, coordinating documentation, training, and compliance activities, while the remaining 20% is spent in the field, supporting jobsite safety meetings and observations. What You'll Be Doing Coordinate safety documentation for employees, jobsites, vehicles, and equipment. Prepare and maintain safety binders, certifications, training records, and compliance documentation. Partner with project teams, general contractors, insurance representatives, and vendors to ensure safety requirements remain current and organized. Track employee training, certifications, driver safety, and fleet-related compliance requirements. Maintain fleet records, vehicle registrations, and other administrative documentation. Participate in jobsite visits, tailboard meetings, and safety observations to help support field operations. Assist with strengthening internal safety processes and maintaining compliance across multiple projects. What We're Looking For Experience supporting safety, compliance, HR, fleet, or construction administration. Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with both office and field personnel. Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
