Project Sourcing Lead - NPD

Project Sourcing Leader – NPD – Non‑Metallics Provide sourcing support for Open Innovation (OI), Technology (Tech) and New Product Development (NPD) projects, ensuring the right partners are selected based on cost, quality, delivery, capability, business risk, project execution and growth perspectives. Responsibilities Interact with R&D, Engineering, Operations and Supply Chain functions to provide global sourcing, outsourcing, insourcing, and subcontract management for OI, Tech and NPD projects. Collaborate with Global Supply Chain, Security of Supply, Supplier Development and Direct/Indirect Sourcing functions to deliver business and global sourcing strategy objectives. Serve as primary point of contact for the project core team to manage sourcing activities for Non‑Metallics and, occasionally, hardware from RFQ through contract execution, including cost and delivery changes due to design change. Support R&D 3P, design reviews, kaizens and regular project meetings to maintain the sourcing perspective within the core team. Deliver sourcing requirements while achieving sourcing strategy, cost, quality, delivery, security of supply, sustainability and Design for Excellence (DfX) objectives. Qualifications Professional procurement qualification, BA/BS degree, or at least 5 years’ experience in sourcing, project management, engineering or supply chain. Proven experience leading or participating in New Product Development activities. Strong verbal, written and presentation communication skills; adept at collaborating with remote personnel. Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record; willing to travel 10%–20% to other Cytiva sites and suppliers’ facilities. Experience with Oracle, SAP, Qlik or other BI and purchasing tools is a plus. Travel & Physical Requirements Ability to travel 10%–20% to other Cytiva sites (e.g., Westborough, MA) and suppliers’ facilities. Must possess a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record. Salary & Benefits Annual salary range: $100,000 – $120,000 plus bonus/incentive pay.
