We're looking for a skilled orthopedic/manual therapist with several years of experience who is passionate about clinical excellence, lifelong learning, and helping redefine what's possible in physical therapy.

Balance Within is a PT-owned, cash-based practice that has been serving Lake Country for more than 10 years. After experiencing the limitations of traditional insurance-based care, Drs. Sarah and Jereme Trunk founded Balance Within in 2015 with a simple vision: create a practice where therapists could thrive professionally while providing patients the time, attention, and individualized care they truly deserve.

Have "great hands" and enjoy incorporating manual therapies as a regular part of your practice (John Barnes Myofascial Release, CranioSacral Therapy, Visceral Manipulation, IPA and other Manual Therapy Courses are encouraged however not required)

Are interested in orthopedics, women's/pelvic health, TMD/TMJ, manual therapy, chronic pain, wellness & prevention, or development of other specialties.

Per Diem

Hours:

Options for Per Diem/PRN, Part-Time or Full-Time positions. No weekend clinical hours required. Option for starting part time and working up to full time. We would also love to grow our Per Diem/PRN pool for vacation coverages, etc. in the future. Full-Time Benefits (30 hours+/week)

$75,000-$120,000+ earning potential (annual full-time salary + performance incentives)
