Career Strategies is hiring a Part Time Apartment Leasing Consultant for an Apartment Community in the Cheynne, WY area. We are seeking an employee with excellent people skills, sales experience, leasing experience, high energy, a positive attitude, excellent work ethic, who wants the opportunity to grow with a Property Management Company.

 

Job Title: Apartment Leasing Consultan

Hours: 9AM - 5PM

Schedule: Monday through Thursday

Job Duties:

Duties include leasing, answering phones, filing, resident relations, vendor relations and administrative projects but are not limited to this.

Requirements:

• Tax Credit Experience is highly preferred or affordable housing/bond paperwork or HUD/Section 8 Experience. Market rate, affordable housing and luxury leasing experience is welcome as well
• Friendly, energetic, great people skills, and excellent communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent phone and in person sales skills
• Motivated and hard-working
• Excellent communication skills
• Above average computer skills including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel, Sales and Customer Service skills.
• Professional presentation - friendly, energetic, great people skills.
