Responsibilities include: Responding to leasing inquiries by phone, email, and online platforms Following up with leads and scheduling apartment tours Conducting property tours for prospective residents Assisting future residents through the leasing and move-in process Providing exceptional customer service to current residents Helping residents submit and coordinate maintenance requests Preparing, organizing, and maintaining resident files Supporting day-to-day office operations and property team initiatives What We're Looking For Required Qualifications: Positive attitude and strong work ethic Excellent customer service and communication skills Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Effective time management and problem-solving abilities Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment Ability to remain professional and solution-focused in challenging situations Preferred Qualifications (not required - we can train the right candidate): 6+ months of multifamily leasing or property management experience 6+ months of sales experience Knowledge of Fair Housing laws Understanding of leasing and sales techniques Experience with Entrata Property Management Software Experience with budgeting or property financials #J-18808-Ljbffr
