Role Overview We are seeking a full-time highly organized, proactive, and service-oriented Office Administrator to support our Salt Lake City headquarters. This role is responsible for ensuring best-in-class office experience while providing administrative, event, and operational support across the firm.

Role Overview We are seeking a full-time highly organized, proactive, and service-oriented Office Administrator to support our Salt Lake City headquarters. This role is responsible for ensuring best-in-class office experience while providing administrative, event, and operational support across the firm.
Key Responsibilities: Office Operations
- Manage day-to-day office operations, facilities, supplies, vendors, and workplace logistics.
- Coordinate visitors, conference room setup, catering, mail, shipping, and office maintenance.
- Support onboarding and offboarding, workspace readiness, and employee support needs.
- Assist with scheduling, travel coordination, event registrations, expense reporting, and general administrative tasks.
- Provide backup support for Executive Assistants and help manage firm calendars and meetings.
- Support planning and execution of internal events, investor meetings, and firm gatherings.
- Coordinate employee recognition, team lunches, gifts, and culture-building initiatives.
- Assist with event communications, materials, and logistics.
- Manage NDA administration and document organization.
- Assist with HR, compliance, IT coordination, and operational projects as needed.
- Support marketing and investor relations initiatives, including Salesforce tracking and event preparation.
- 1+ years of experience in office administration, operations, executive support, or a related field.
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
- High attention to detail and a proactive, service-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Outlook; experience with Salesforce, AI tools, Canva, DocuSign, or Concur is a plus.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, smaller company environment.
- High level of integrity and confidentiality.
