Human Resources Generalist

We are looking for a Human Resources Generalist to join our team and play a key role in supporting our Manufacturing and Operations Businesses. Position Summary We are seeking a proactive Human Resources Generalist to join our team. This role is responsible for supporting a wide range of HR functions, including employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, compliance, performance management, and policy implementation. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and committed to fostering a positive and productive workplace culture. Key Responsibilities Administer day-to-day human resources operations and employee support Coordinate recruitment activities, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding Assist with employee relations matters by responding to employee inquiries and supporting conflict resolution efforts Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy within HR systems Assist with performance management processes, employee development initiatives, and training programs Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies Support payroll processing and maintain personnel documentation as needed Prepare HR reports and metrics for management review Participate in special projects and continuous improvement initiatives within the HR department Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred Minimum of 2 years of human resources experience Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HRIS systems #J-18808-Ljbffr
