If you have strong mechanical aptitude and enjoy solving problems while delivering excellent service, this role is for you.What You'll DoTroubleshoot and repair pneumatic and electric power tools including nail guns and staple gunsProvide customers with guidance on proper tool operation and maintenanceProcess and fulfill customer orders accurately and efficientlyComplete documentation such as work orders, parts orders, and service recordsPartner with the sales team to resolve customer issues and ensure satisfactionDeliver professional, friendly customer service during all service interactionsWhat We're Looking ForExperience repairing small engines, construction tools, or pneumatic/electric power tools preferred Previous experience in construction or industrial supply industry is a plus Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving ability Customer-focused mindset with strong communication skills Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks Basic computer proficiency Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and up to 100 lbs occasionally High school diploma or equivalent requiredWhy You'll Love Working With UsConsistent Hours – Monday–Friday daytime schedule Positive Culture – Collaborative, team-first environment built on respect and trust Career Growth – Opportunities for training and advancement within the company Competitive Benefits:Health, Dental, Vision401(k) enrollment optionsPaid Time OffReady to build your future with SouthernCarlson?
