We're looking for an experienced Product Manager to join our growing US Product team. In this role, you will be instrumental in developing a suite of products for our US market. As a key US-based Product Manager, you will be responsible for interfacing with our US operating companies, customers, and technology partners.

You will serve as a key Product Manager on the ground in the US and contribute to our overall product strategy. You will also strategically manage relationships with our group of US-based operating companies. This includes collaborating with the businesses to understand their operational processes and systems related to serving their customers in both home and condo associations and ensuring our product roadmaps align with their near-term and longer-term objectives. Your insights will be crucial in advising strategic decisions and guiding implementation efforts that deliver maximum value to both our business and customers.

You will work closely with Product Managers/Owners in the US and in Sweden, the hub of our development teams. Your collaboration with the Stockholm-based Product Owners, who drive the day-to-day work of these teams, will be crucial for the smooth integration and execution of the product roadmaps.

You will also develop a comprehensive understanding of the business context, service delivery and opportunities, in the property management space, as well as adjacent solutions, from property related financial services to building management solutions & AI. This knowledge will enable you to partner effectively across our Product team on strategic product decisions. In some cases, you will leverage a combination of our proprietary products and third-party solutions to meet complex domain needs.

You will focus on key components of our software portfolio across our US companies, which currently includes KW Property Management & Consulting, Spectrum Association Management, William Douglas Property Management, Folio, and CAS, but is likely to grow as more companies join the Odevo group.

Main responsibilities:

• Serve as a primary US-based Product Manager for Odevo-owned products
• Contribute to our overall product strategy and driving digital transformation in property management
• Partner with Product Managers/Owners to shape and prioritize the product roadmaps, balancing short-term delivery with long-term platform evolution to maximize value creation
• Maintain sharp awareness of customer needs, industry trends, regulations, and competitors to shape our product roadmaps and priorities
• Lead product positioning and integration of our products into our operating companies' value propositions
• Collaborate closely with operational teams to ensure product outcomes translate into business impact and scalable operations
• Drive product launches and successful adoption, working closely with our implementation team to ensure effective rollout and customer feedback loops
• Partner with Product Managers/Owners to drive outcome-focused discovery and research; validate problems, test solutions, and collect feedback to inform prioritization
• Visualize ongoing and planned work across relevant product domains for stakeholders and senior management

What we are looking for:

• Strong stakeholder management skills, able to engage and influence at all levels
• A natural leader and relationship builder, adept at interacting with diverse functions and individuals and consistently communicate appropriately with each audience
• Skilled at prioritizing and balancing multiple initiatives with attention to detail
• Adept at navigating ambiguity in growth environments, distilling complex challenges into priorities that balance immediate needs with long-term objectives
• Strong product discovery, research, and implementation skills
• Hands-on product owner experience leading a development team's daily work

Relevant experience:

• 10+ years as a Product Manager or similar product leadership roles
• 10+ years working with agile/scrum in a scaling, multi-team organization
• Experience in PropTech or service industry product development is a plus
• Master's degree in relevant field is preferred

Location:

The ideal candidate is based in Florida. However, this position may be remote for the right individual. The ability to travel onsite to our US operating companies is a requirement.

Qualifications:

Education: Masters or better. Experience: 10+ years as a Product Manager or similar product leadership roles
