Job Title: Back-End Estimator (Collision Repair)
Location: Port Orchard
Pay: $28–$32 per hour (DOE)
Schedule: Flexible schedule, options for a 4x10 schedule or a M-F 8am-5pm: NO WEEKENDS

This role is essential to ensuring accurate repair estimates, efficient workflow, and clear communication with insurance partners and customers. What You’ll Do
- Perform detailed vehicle inspections during the disassemble-for-repair (DFR) process alongside technicians
- Create accurate and comprehensive repair estimates and supplements using CCC
- Develop and manage complete repair plans
- Communicate with insurance adjusters and occasionally customers regarding repair progress and expectations
- Ensure technicians follow proper repair procedures and access necessary documentation
- Maintain accurate notes and documentation in CCC
- Keep all repair orders current and aligned with vehicle progress
- Source and document all parts required for repairs
- Assign and allocate labor to technicians
- Ensure compliance with insurance guidelines and DRP requirements
- Participate in daily production and release meetings
- Contribute to a positive, team-oriented work environment
What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience as a collision estimator or insurance appraiser
- Experience with damage analysis including hybrid systems, electrical components, and structural damage
- Proficiency with CCC or similar collision management systems
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- I-CAR or similar industry training preferred
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid driver’s license with an insurable driving record
Work Environment
- Exposure to paint fumes, dust, chemicals, and shop noise
- Work conditions may vary with temperature and workload
- Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and squat for extended periods
- Perform repetitive motions throughout the day
