In the heart of The Dalles, Oregon, Adventist Health Columbia Gorge has served the Columbia River Gorge community since 1901. We are comprised of a 49-bed hospital, various medical offices, home health, a birthing center and a vast scope of services located throughout The Dalles and the surrounding areas. The Dalles is known for its picturesque views of the Columbia River, local charm and delicious downtown restaurants and bakeries. There is something for everyone in this scenic community. Provides speech therapy services to patients with speech, language or swallowing disorders. Education and Work Experience: ~ Speech Pathologist licensure in the state of practice: Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from approved vendor per AH policy: American Speech-Language and Hearing Association (ASHA) Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC): Facility Specific License/Certifications: OR-SLP: Required WA-SLP: Required Assesses and documents speech therapy data related to patient assessments, patient care needs, interventions and outcomes. Reviews treatment plans and assesses individual performances to modify, change or write new programs. Maintains documentation as required by law, establishment policy and administrative regulation.
