Associate Periodontist

Our periodontal practice is in the suburbs of Columbus, OH. I am looking for an associate with a path to partnership. Our practice has been a pillar in the community for over 50 years. It started as a family owned practice (father/daughter) and has retained an amazing reputation throughout the following generations. Some information about thepractice: Achieved 2.8 million in productionwith room to grow Primarily fee for service (only in network with 1 insurance) 40% of collections as an associate Office can accommodate2-3 doctors total Looking for an associate who would like 3 or 4 days. Close mentorship for clinical and business aspects. Block scheduling to maximize patient flow Broad referral network with some patients traveling up to 2+ hours away to seek treatment at our office. Referred patients are distributed evenly across doctors. Great staff with minimal turnover (majority of staff has been there 10-15+ years) CE and professional meetings/memberships covered by practice Licensing renewals covered by practice Malpractice covered by practice. Must be a licensed periodontist in the state of OH (or obtained before start date) Active DEA license in the state of OH (before start date) Leadership skills to maintain a positive office culture No minimum work experience necessary #J-18808-Ljbffr
