Manufacturing Engineer

Provides engineering support to a manufacturing process, project or function. Evaluates manufacturing outcomes and implements continuous improvements and cost efficiencies. Base Business (75%): Practical/Technical understanding within cell. Day-to-day cell support. Equipment work orders, CDF, FAI, QT execution. NC/CAPA ownership. Safety/Quality investigation support. Equipment validation support. Change control. GDT, drawing review, NCs, CAPAs, Process Improvement/Project Support (25%): Data/metric analysis. Understanding of financial line items (labor, scrap, factory materials, standard hours, absorption). Execution support of improvement projects. Mentors Engineering Technicians on technical writing and principles. Minimum Requirements: Bachelors degree in Engineering 0+ years of experience Preferred Skills: Effectively convey ideas and instructions to technicians and operators. Analyze and resolve complex manufacturing issues. Develop long-term strategies for manufacturing processes. Lead small teams or projects, demonstrating initiative and decision-making skills.
