Client Accounts Coordinator

The Ford Agency is actively recruiting for a Client Accounts Coordinator to join a well-regarded DC law firm. The Coordinator will collaborate with attorneys and staff to review client fee arrangements, ensuring alignment with firm and outside counsel guidelines. This is a great opportunity for an individual with a solid foundation in legal billing or professional services accounting looking to take on a more client focused role! Responsibilities Review outside counsel guidelines and engagement letters to ensure billing terms and conditions are consistent Assist with monthly and quarterly reporting and year‑end processes Ensure compliance with client and attorney billing requirements Manage new business forms, engagement letters, and other documents in internal systems Stay up to date with firm’s processes and procedures Qualifications Bachelor’s degree preferred 2+ years of legal billing experience or client accounting experience Proficient in Elite or Aderant, Excel, and Access Professional communication skills Strong problem solving and analytical skills Compensation: $57,000 - $79,000 annually DOE Location: Candidates must be based in DC, MD, or VA area or have independent plans for relocation. #J-18808-Ljbffr The Ford Agency
