Automotive Paint Prep Technician
We're looking for a motivated Automotive Paint Prep Technician to join our team. This is an excellent entry point for someone who wants to build a career as an automotive painter. If you take pride in your work, pay attention to detail, and want to grow in a skilled trade, this is your opportunity.
What You'll Do:
- Prepare vehicles and parts for paint (sanding, masking, cleaning, priming)
- Assist painters with staging and setup
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow safety procedures and shop standards
- Learn advanced painting techniques from experienced professionals
What We're Looking For:
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Attention to detail and quality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to learn and grow into a painter role
- Previous automotive or body shop experience is a plus, but not required
