CNC Press Brake Operator
1st & 2nd Shift | $26.00/HR + $3,000 Sign-On Bonus | Lenexa, KS

Pay: $26.00 per hour

Additional pay increases available as you gain experience on multiple fabrication machines.

Schedule:

1st Shift: Monday - Thursday | 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM

2nd Shift: Monday - Thursday | 3:00 PM - 1:30 AM

Candidates hired for 2nd shift will complete approximately 6-8 weeks of training on 1st shift before transitioning to their permanent schedule.

About the Opportunity:

A growing manufacturer in Lenexa is seeking experienced CNC Press Brake Operators to join their fabrication team.

This facility is clean, organized, and safety-focused, operating under strong 5S principles. The company is investing heavily in future growth and expects significant expansion over the next several years, creating excellent opportunities for advancement within fabrication and manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities:

• Operate CNC Press Brake equipment
• Read and interpret blueprints and production drawings
• Perform tooling setups and die changes
• Verify dimensions and maintain required tolerances
• Conduct quality checks throughout production runs
• Make minor program adjustments as needed
• Work closely with fabrication, quality, and production teams
• Maintain a safe and organized work area
• Cross-train on additional fabrication equipment as skills progress

Qualifications:

Required:

• Previous CNC Press Brake experience
• Ability to read blueprints and mechanical drawings
• Experience performing tooling and die changes
• Experience using measuring tools and inspection equipment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Reliable attendance and stable work history
• Ability to work independently and remain productive throughout the shift

Preferred:

• 2+ years of dedicated Press Brake experience
• CNC fabrication experience
• Punch Press experience
• Metal fabrication background
• Experience working with tight tolerances
