Product Owner
Skills Needed: +8 years of product ownership in data and technology, deep knowledge of ETL processes, data analysis, Informatica, road map development, quality assurance, and mortgage industry experience.
What You'll Do
- Define and prioritize product backlogs to align with client goals and data-driven strategies
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into clear user stories
- Partner with engineering and data teams to ensure timely, high-quality product delivery
- Monitor product performance and iterate based on insights and user feedback
- Facilitate agile ceremonies and support continuous improvement across delivery teams
What You'll Bring
- 8+ years of experience as a Product Owner and/or Data Analyst
- Strong expertise in the Mortgage industry (processes, data, regulatory context)
- Deep knowledge of ETL processes, data analysis, and Informatica
- Proven ability to independently drive product delivery, including requirements, user stories, backlog prioritization, roadmap, and squad leadership
- Experience leading cross-functional collaboration and business validation (checkout)
- Strong partnership with QA teams, including test scenario definition, defect resolution, and end-to-end testing support (manual & automated)
Bonus Points For
- Familiarity with data platforms, analytics tools, or cloud technologies
- Certification such as Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or equivalent
- Experience working with distributed or global teams
- Exposure to regulatory or risk-focused data initiatives
- Background in business analysis or data strategy
