Key Responsibilities Assist with Accounts Receivable processing, including chargebacks and dispute resolution Support bi‑monthly TABC reporting and compliance Assist with fleet management tracking and reporting Collaborate with inventory control and accounting teams for data accuracy Perform additional accounting duties as assigned Qualifications & Skills 2–3+ years of experience including AP and AR Proficiency with Sage Intacct or similar cloud‑based accounting systems preferred Strong Microsoft Excel skills High attention to detail with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced setting Strong verbal and written communication skills Experience in multi‑location retail or inventory‑driven environments is a plus Knowledge of beverage alcohol industry regulations (TABC) is a plus Work Environment & Benefits Full‑time, onsite Monday to Friday at Northwest Dallas Headquarters Competitive benefits including health, dental, vision, life insurance, 401k, paid time off, employee discounts, referral program, and paid training Supportive and enthusiastic team culture Opportunity to develop accounting skills and grow your career #J-18808-Ljbffr
