Diversified Sourcing Solutions is seeking a highly detail-oriented Quality Assurance Technician to support QA operations within a regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in GMP documentation, batch record review, and quality compliance who thrive in fast-paced, highly regulated settings.

Pay: $20–$26/hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM(2nd Shift)

The QA Technician will partner closely with both Quality and Production teams to ensure manufacturing documentation is accurate, compliant, and audit-ready while supporting daily operations within controlled cleanroom environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Review batch records, production logs, and quality documentation for accuracy, completeness, and GMP compliance.
• Issue, maintain, scan, file, and organize controlled documents in accordance with document control procedures.
• Provide floor support to manufacturing personnel to ensure documentation is completed correctly and according to established procedures.
• Support data entry, quality tracking, and maintenance of trending logs and QA documentation systems.
• Identify documentation discrepancies, escalate compliance concerns, and maintain organized, inspection-ready records at all times.

Qualifications

• Experience in Quality Assurance, GMP documentation review, or regulated manufacturing environments preferred.
• Strong understanding of GMP practices, batch record review, and pharmaceutical documentation standards.
• Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and accuracy in reviewing technical documentation.
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively in a fast-paced production environment.
• Comfortable working within ISO Class 8 cleanroom environments and following gowning and safety procedures.

Preferred Experience

• Pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or life sciences manufacturing experience and/or degree.
• Experience supporting production floor operations within regulated environments.
• Familiarity with quality systems, document control, and compliance tracking.
• Experience working with hazardous drug product handling procedures.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with Operations and Quality teams.
