Recruitment Coordinator

Our client, a leading global industrial and manufacturing company, is hiring a Recruiting Coordinator ! This is onsite 5 days a week, in Fairfield, Ohio.

*This is a 1-year W2 contract with benefits offered! *

In this role, you will support recruiting and hiring activities by reviewing candidate applications, conducting initial screenings, scheduling interviews, and assisting with offer and onboarding activities . You will work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to coordinate the hiring process, track candidate progress, and maintain accurate recruiting documentation.

Responsibilities:

• Review candidate applications and resumes within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
• Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications and interest
• Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
• Prepare and process offer documentation for selected candidates.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 2–3 years of experience in Recruiting Coordination, HR, Talent Acquisition Support, or a related field
• Prior experience recruiting for the manufacturing or supply chain industry
• Prior experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems
• Previous experience preparing employment offers or onboarding documentation
