The Lash Lounge - Knoxville, Bearden is looking for highly motivated, professional Lash Stylists to join our amazing team!

While we're part of a leading national franchise, our Knoxville team is uniquely special -a close-knit, supportive group of talented and genuinely kind people who love what they do (and who you'll love working with!).

We're looking for Eyelash Specialists who are:
Passionate about beauty and helping others look and feel their best
Detail-oriented with a natural eye for artistry
Skilled in lash extensions, lifts, and brow services (some lashing experience required)
Professional, reliable, and committed to excellence
Knowledgeable about safety and sanitation standards

Responsibilities:

• Create excellent experiences for every guest
• Perform high quality services - eyelash extensions, tints, lash/brow lifts, threading and more
• Perform maintenance services such as refills and lash removal
• Provide customer service and education to clients on proper aftercare
• Keep up with the latest trends in the industry
• Promote products and memberships
• Maintain a clean and sterile work environment
• Team player, supporting training efforts while also pursing continued growth in the art of lashing
• Remain current on certifications and trends in the industry

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• Active Cosmetology, Esthetics or Eyelash Specialty license in Tennessee
• Prior eyelash extension experience a PLUS
• Customer service oriented with excellent communication skills
• Well organized, detail oriented and artistic
• Reliable with a consistent work record
• Initiates self-learning

Compensation: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

When women visit The Lash Lounge, they enter a retreat designed to rejuvenate from the inside out, so that they can step out and face the world with confidence.
