Talent Acquisition Manager

TA ManagerWalker-Miller Energy Services is seeking a hands-on TA Manager to own the full talent acquisition function for the organization. This is a true working manager role, you'll personally manage a mix of requisitions, primarily Director-level and above, while also leading and developing a small recruiting team. You'll play a critical role in building out the organization's hiring capabilities during an exciting period of growth.What You'll DoOwn full-cycle recruiting for a mix of roles ranging from Program Coordinator to VP-level, including specialized energy efficiency positionsLead and mentor a team of two TA PartnersPersonally manage an active req load (5-10 open positions at a time) while overseeing the broader TA functionBuild and refine recruiting processes, driving improvements to time-to-fill and overall recruiting operationsOwn scheduling, coordination, and full end-to-end candidate management (no dedicated coordinator support currently)Partner cross-functionally with stakeholders across the organizationBuild diverse, high-quality candidate pipelinesBring some executive search-style sourcing and engagement to senior-level searchesWhat We're Looking ForProven experience owning full-cycle recruiting independently, not solely relying on recruiting coordinator or operations supportA strong sense of urgency and ability to move quickly in a fast-paced environmentExperience filling niche or specialized roles requiring active sourcingData-driven approach to recruiting and process optimizationComfort managing a team while remaining hands-on with your own requisitionsExperience building diverse candidate pipelinesNice-to-have: workforce planning or Learning & Development experienceIndustry background is flexible; healthcare recruiting experience is not a fit for this roleLaSalle Network is an Equal Opportunity Employer m/f/d/v.
