Long Term Care – Staff Nurse (RN or LPN) As a skilled nurse, you'll be responsible for delivering high-quality care and building lasting relationships with your patients. Position Highlights Brand new, state‑of‑the‑art facility Weekend and shift incentive pay Up to 28 days of paid time off per year Generous and affordable health insurance for you and your family Responsibilities The primary purpose of your job is to assist and supervise the day‑to‑day nursing activities of the facility during your tour of duty. Such activity must be in accordance with current Federal, State and local standards, guidelines and regulations that govern our facility, and as may be directed by the director of Nursing to ensure that the highest degree of total quality care is maintained at all times. Education Must possess, as a minimum, a Nursing Degree and a current RN or LPN license from the state of Colorado (or a compact state). Experience Prefer one (1) year experience in a hospital, skilled nursing facility, or other comparable institution but willing to train a new grad RN. Training in rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices. Licenses & Certifications LPN/RN in state of Colorado. Compensation RN - $33.00/hr - $43.50/hr, DOE LPN - $26.00 - $32.50/hour DOE Physical Requirements Occasionally (0-33%) - Standing, sitting, change position, reaching, reach across midline, crouching/squatting, kneeling, lifting/lowering (0-50 lbs), carrying (0-50 lbs), pushing/pulling (0-50 lbs). Frequently (34 – 66%) - Walking, handling, pinching, feeling, stooping Continuously (37 -100%) See with corrective eyewear, hear clearly with assistance Benefits Eligibility Medical, dental, vision, health care FSA, dependent care FSA, and Lifestyle Spending Account: All active employees working 40 or more hours per pay period in a Full Time or Part Time position are eligible for benefits on the first of the month after hire.
