We are seeking an experienced, energetic, and service-driven Front of House Manager to join our leadership team. This is an excellent opportunity for a hospitality professional who thrives in a high-volume, fast-paced environment and is passionate about developing teams, creating memorable guest experiences, and maintaining operational excellence.

What You'll Do

As Front of House Manager, you'll play a key role in the daily operation of the restaurant while ensuring every guest receives outstanding service.

Responsibilities include:

• Lead and oversee all front-of-house operations during service

• Coach, mentor, and develop servers, bartenders, hosts, and support staff

• Create an exceptional guest experience by maintaining the highest hospitality standards

• Resolve guest concerns quickly, professionally, and with confidence

• Ensure cleanliness, organization, and presentation standards are consistently maintained

• Assist with scheduling, labor management, and daily staffing needs

• Monitor service flow and make real-time operational decisions during peak business hours

• Recruit, onboard, train, and develop new team members

• Conduct performance coaching and hold staff accountable to company standards

• Collaborate closely with the kitchen and ownership team to ensure seamless operations

• Foster a positive, energetic, and team-focused culture built on accountability and excellence

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 2 years of management experience in a high-volume, upscale restaurant or hospitality environment

• Strong leadership and team-building skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

• Proven success motivating, coaching, and developing service teams

• Ability to remain calm, organized, and solution-oriented in a fast-paced environment

• Strong organizational, multitasking, and decision-making skills

• Hands-on management style with a willingness to work alongside the team

• Passion for hospitality and delivering memorable guest experiences

• Experience maintaining staff accountability and performance standards

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old

• Authorized to work in the United States

• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

• Reliable, professional, and dependable

• Immediate availability is a plus

Compensation & Benefits

• $65,000–$70,000 annual salary
