HIRING IMMEDIATELY: CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE IN PLAINFIELD, IN

Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Plainfield, IN. This individual will be responsible for assisting customers, processing orders, maintaining accurate records, and coordinating with warehouse personnel to ensure timely and accurate shipments. Pay, Schedule, and Location

• Starting at $19/hour

• 8 am - 4:30 pm, Monday - Friday

• Excellent benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision

• Located in Plainfield, IN

Duties and Responsibilities

• Process customer orders and update order status

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email

• Enter and maintain accurate data in warehouse management systems

• Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure timely order fulfillment

• Resolve customer issues in a professional and timely manner

• Maintain accurate records and prepare reports as needed

Requirements and Qualifications

• Previous customer service or administrative experience preferred

• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

• Reliable transportation and good attendance
