HVAC ForemanLocation: Charlotte, NCAvailability: ImmediateCompensation: Depending on Experience - $75k to 85k Base Salary (or Hourly Equivalent), Performance BonusesJob Summary:The HVAC Foreman will provide leadership by example to fellow teammates through organizing daily operations and accurately monitoring, assisting, and mentoring technicians throughout their day. You will play a pivotal role in project organizing & being the point person on site for all major jobs.Your key responsibilities for success will be:Be the primary point person for all HVAC division job coordination, and work closely with your Service Coordinator to ensure efficient and quality service deliveryBe responsible for ensuring field execution and operations are of high quality, well managed, monitored for improvements, and that all communication embarrasses our competitors.Project organization & preparationLive out our Core Values at all times while representing the companyLead, think, and operate with a Player/Coach mentalityAdditionally, you will be responsible for:Facilitating morning huddles w/ the teamReview of job notes & photos from completed service calls and projectsAssist with service calls when company has high call volumeOwn Technician assessments, ride-a-longs, training, and disciplinary actionsReview completed Job CostingAssist the Sales Team with estimating or deal closing when neededMaintain job quality & company standardsAfter-hours technical support escalation (are not on the call rotation, but must be available to support the on-call team)Role Requirements:First & Foremost, You MUST have a good moral compassWork well with others on the belief respect is earned, not given3yrs+ of technical HVAC supervisory role in either Commercial or Residential serviceSolution Driven & PunctualExceptional verbal & written communication skillsExperience & aptitude with project planning & preparationStrong understanding of HVAC systems and componentsStrong proficiency in Service Titan or similar platformTech savvyClean driving record, must be able to pass drug screening & national background checkHVAC license a major plusAbout Crown Mechanical:Crown Mechanical strives to be a leading HVAC, Refrigeration, and Plumbing contractor ingrained in the Charlotte community and committed to empowering our team members.
