Communications Assistant

Communications Assistant will work closely with the Executive Director, Education Director and other Department leaders to: Responsibilities Create, maintain, and implement Social Media Calendar Create, maintain, and implement Press Release/Listings Calendar Design and send weekly informational newsletters Use Canva to create promotional materials Maintain email lists for communications Anticipate and implement public communications for upcoming classes and events Work with Museum Team Leaders to strategize for enhanced effective communication strategies Qualifications The ideal candidate is creative, communicative, and self-motivated with organizational skills and the ability to anticipate potential communication avenues. This position requires clear and consistent communication with Museum Staff, and can be a mix of remote and on-site, approximately 10 hrs per week. #J-18808-Ljbffr
